Reporting to: National Sales Manager
Darling Brew is on the lookout for two energetic Sales Ambassadors to help grow our footprint across the Western Cape. This role focuses on building strong, long-term relationships with key on- and off-premise accounts while driving sales and visibility for the Darling Brew brand.
As a Sales Ambassador, you’ll be out in the market every day — connecting with customers, activating the brand, and making sure Darling Brew shows up where it matters. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on sales delivery, brand presence and meaningful relationships.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
• Managing a portfolio of approximately 100 Darling Brew accounts
• Driving rate of sale through in-trade activations and customer engagement
• Rolling out consumer promotions and brand initiatives
• Executing draught promotions, samplings and tastings
• Ensuring strong and consistent brand visibility across accounts
• Opening new draught lines in both existing and new outlets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and consumers
• Working closely with internal teams to grow distribution and presence
• Supporting and managing events, festivals and brand activations
• Representing Darling Brew professionally and authentically in your territory
The Person
We’re looking for someone who brings the following:
• At least 2 years’ sales experience in liquor, FMCG or craft beer
• Comfortable with basic computer use; CRM or field sales tools are a plus
• A valid driver’s licence with a solid driving record
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends when needed
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Western Cape (±80%)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confidence in selling, negotiating and influencing
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a hands-on attitude
