Refund policy
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to return merchandise goods only, they must be returned in their original packaging to; 48 Caledon Street, Daling, Western Cape, 7345
10% cancellation fee is charged for all order cancellations.
Please note that return shipping will be paid by the customer except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods.
All exchanges need to be communicated within 5 working days of receipt of the order. Please Note: Exchanges on items bought 'On Sale' or 'marked down' with a discount are not always possible due to stock availability.
Regarding any beer, if there is a problem with your order, items are faulty, or you wish to return goods for any other reason, please contact us at shop@darlingbrew.co.za.
General Event Registration Refund Policy
The following policy applies to all events unless a specific event explicitly modifies it. Registration can be transferred to another person if requested in writing by e-mail to event secretariat (info@darlingbrew.co.za) by the original registrant at least two weeks before the event. No substitution is allowed within the last two weeks before the event. All refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee of the registration cost. If cancelled up to four weeks before the event, 100% of the registration fee (less the administrative fee) will be refunded. If cancelled between four and two weeks before the event, 50% of the registration fee (less the administrative fee) will be refunded. No refund is given if cancelled within two weeks of the event.
