The original Darling Brew Tasteroom in the small, West Coast hamlet of Darling overlooks our entire Darling Brewery operation and offers contemporary pub-style food with the full craft beer and beer tasting experience. Here you can sit down to a great meal, knowing that you are supporting local producers; whilst our team is intent on sourcing the freshest, most amazing ingredients from within our talented, hard-working community.

Our premises in Darling is kitted out to welcome the whole family. An epic jungle gym and outside seating is tailor made for groups with active littles who need to burn some energy.

Inside, guests can enjoy a top view of the brewery while indulging in beer tastings, and even take brewery tours. We also have a Darling Brew pop-up shop were you can buy the best of the #DBshop; as well as, a Beer Shed, which has its own tap and outdoor seating - great to book out for private parties!

Naturally, we also offer secure parking, free Wi-Fi, and a great loyalty programme for regular customers.

Making craft beers since 2010, and in keeping with its environmental ethos, Darling Brew’s range is inspired by wildlife – from zebras, rhinos and cheetahs to honey bees and butterflies – in various styles (lager, pilsner, IPA, weissbier etc), and including special seasonal beers with bold flavours. There are also Fruit shandies and Non Alcoholic“bombs” (sparkling hopped coolers). Enjoy a choice of tasting flights (four beers) in The Tasteroom, with views over the entire operation, then tuck into pub-style dishes and tapas (made with locally sourced ingredients) and your choice of beer or drink – the menu also features RTD’s, produced by Darling Brewery. It’s open for hearty breakfasts, too, and there is outdoor seating and a jungle gym and menu for kids.

Tours of the brewery should be booked 48 hours in advance .And during Peak Season is only available on Saturdays and Sundays  Look out for their special events including music festivals, mountain biking or trail runs.
