A slight mishap in the brewery led to something unexpectedly brilliant – and Oepsie
Cider was born. What started as a slightly off-spec contract brew turned out to be
deliciously drinkable, and instead of wasting a happy accident, we embraced it.
Named in the playful spirit of “oops,” Oepsie celebrates the beauty of mistakes and
the creativity they spark.

Now refined and reimagined, Oepsie is a premium mainstream cider – crisp,
clean, and full of character. Crafted with intention but never losing its spontaneous
soul, it’s a refreshing nod to trying new things, learning from the unexpected, and
always raising a glass to curiosity. After all, as Einstein said, “A person who never
made a mistake never tried anything new.”

Bright, golden straw in colour with a crisp, sparkling clarity that shines through  –
inviting and refreshingly playful.

Aroma:
Fresh apple aromas leap from the glass, with hints of orchard blossom and subtle
citrus zest. There’s a light sweetness on the nose, backed by a clean, natural apple
character.

Taste:
Crisp and juicy from the first sip, Oepsie delivers a balanced apple sweetness with
just the right touch of acidity. It’s refreshing, slightly tangy, and finishes dry – making it endlessly drinkable.
