A straw-gold lager with brilliant clarity and a bright white head. The aroma opens with fruity esters of green apple, layered with subtle spicy hop notes and a soft bready malt character. The palate is clean and balanced, offering a light malt body with gentle fruit tones and low bitterness. The finish is crisp, refreshing, and highly drinkable with a medium carbonation lift.

Filtered and pasteurized. Gluten reduced to <20ppm through enzyme reduction.

Enzymes are added during fermentation to break gluten down into smaller peptides, supporting suitability for those with non-celiac gluten sensitivity.
