Malty red ale with light caramel aroma, toasted bread notes, and a crisp, malt-driven finish.

A copper-red ale with brilliant clarity and a soft off-white head. The aroma opens with dark caramel and toasted bread crust, layered with a subtle peppery hop character. The palate is malt-forward, delivering rich caramel and biscuit flavours balanced by a gentle spicy hop finish and low bitterness. The result is a smooth, easy-drinking red ale with depth and warmth.

 Filtered and pasteurized. Gluten reduced to <20ppm through enzyme reduction.

Enzymes are added during fermentation to break gluten down into smaller peptides, supporting suitability for those with non-celiac gluten sensitivity.

 The use of roasted malts enhances both dryness and perceived bitterness, creating a more complex malt-driven profile despite its low IBU.
